Jordan Competes in the St. Valentine’s Meet in Chicago

Jordan competed in the St. Valentine’s Meet in Chicago last weekend. This was her season-best meet; her all-around score was 35.100 and she scored her season-high on floor with a 9.075. Way to go Jordan! Another great thing about this meet: Laura travelled with us to the meet and saw Jordan’s performance. This is the first time that Laura has left the house aside from doctor’s visits since she broke her right ankle and a bone in her left foot. …

Jordan Competes in the St. Jude Meet

Jordan competed in the annual St. Jude meet that raises funds for the St. Jude Children’s Hospital on January 10th, 2015. She scored 33.350, a little lower than she wanted, but nailed an 8.800 on Uneven Bars. This is her season high and none too shabby for a new level with much harder skills to master! Huff Arena U of I Panorama 12142014 small Image 1 of 1 Jordan competed here on December 12th at the Justin Spring meet. She scored 34.850 all-around and qualified for State in her second meet of the season. Way to go Jordan!

Jordan Competes in the Mickey Mouse Meet

On March 3rd, Jordan competed in the Mickey Mouse meet in Washington, IL. This was a local meet at a club about 30 minutes from the house. Here were her scores: Beam 9.050 Vault 8.000 Floor 8.000 Uneven Parallel Bars 8.750 All-Around Score 33.800 She’ll compete in one more meet this season: the state championship. Jordan’s Horton IL Meet

Jordan had a gymnastics meet in Horton, IL on December 1st. She scored the following: Beam 8.100 Vault 8.880 Floor 8.550 Uneven Bars 8.900 Overall 34.430 This score qualified Jordan to compete at State in the spring!
